The appeals period will be from
Aug. 10th, 2016 thru Sept 9th, 2016
No appeals will be accepted after 9/9/16

NAMEOKI TOWNSHIP PUBLISHED ASSESSMENT CHANGES FOR 2022 ON SEPTEMBER 13TH 2022
Residents have 30 day to appeal the assessment of Property the filling deadline will be October 13th 2022.
Residents may appeal their assessment by filling out 2022 Residential appeal form from either the Board of Review website by clicking the 2022 Appeals form B.O.R.
On this site you can find residential Commercial and Farm appeals forms.
Proof used for appeals
1. Comparable Homes or Sales of comparable homes in the neighborhood that are of similar size and age of property being appealed.
2. Proof of structural damage, Foundation damage or current flood damage. If property has been reduced for this in the past it may not be eligible for reduction for this damage again.
3. A current Appraisal not more than 2 years old.
