The appeals period will be from

Aug. 10th, 2016 thru Sept 9th, 2016

No appeals will be accepted after 9/9/16

Assessment Publication Will be 8/25/21 and the Assessment Appeals will begin

Resident will have 30 days to appeal their assessed value based on Overvaluation. You may appeal by using:

1.) Recent/Current Sales or Comparable homes in your neighborhood.

2.) Photos of Structural Damage, Foundation damage or Water damage to your home caused by flooding or foundation leakage.


3.) An Appraisal that is less than 2 years old.

You may file an appeal at the Nameoki Township Assessor's office or at the Madison County Board of Review Suite 222 at the Madison County Administration building in Edwardsville.

Appeals Deadline will be

September 24th 2021
