2019 6th Annual Nameoki Assessor's Senior Food Drive
Residents will have 30-days to appeal their assessments, from the time the assessments publish & publication notices have been mailed.
We are highly recommending that residents who are planning to appeal their assessments for 2024, obtain an appraisal.
This would be the best way to prove the value of your home.
We realize that an appraisal will cost money, but it can be used for two years.
The current market property value has been on the rise for the last three years and doesn’t appear to be slowing down.
We anticipate another large State Multiplier will be coming in March of 2025.
Please share this information with your neighbors and friends
The Assessor’s office will have Field Reps out collecting data for the remainder of 2024 taking photos.
If you have questions you can call the Office at 618-931-5688.
The office will be closed on all national holidays. Thank you!
