The appeals period will be from

Aug. 10th, 2016 thru Sept 9th, 2016


No appeals will be accepted after 9/9/16

Randy Viessman Township Supervisor donates $300 to Tammy Hanfelder for the 2nd Annual Nameoki Township Assessor's Senior Citizen food Drive.

Supervisor Viesmann with the help of his friend Larry Earney Smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving for the donations. Great job, thanks you Randy & Larry.


Nameoki Township 2023 Assessment Publication 


9/13/2023 was the deadline for the 2023 appeals. 


Appeals open today 8/14/2023 and the deadline to appeal your assessment is 9/13/2023.


By state statute in Illinois the Board of Review Publish in a paper of standing and mail all changes to property assessment. The Residents have 30 days to appeal assessments.

The Assessor’s office will have Field Reps out collecting data for the 2024 Quad. If you have questions you can call the Office at 618-931-5688.

December 31st 2023 is the deadline for all exemptions except for the Senior Assessment Freeze Exemption its deadline was July 31st. But there is no need for concern just please bring your 2022 Income to the office and we can still get it completed.

It’s the beginning of the Holiday season, we hope everyone has a Happy and Safe Holiday Season.
